Charlie Loudermilk Park Update

The Buckhead CID re-opened Charlie Loudermilk Park in April, and the beautification continues with the recent addition of more than 200 engraved bricks around the patio near the clock tower. The Buckhead CID also has enhanced the facade of the clock tower and plans to add lighting, so the bells will be illuminated at nightfall - making the park even more inviting.

The last step in the park's redesign will be the placement of a permanent piece of art; a newly designed abstract stainless steel art sculpture, designed by John Portman, which will sit at the park's point overlooking Peachtree Street.

In addition, the Buckhead CID plans to make the park's Rules of Use information available in early 2016. Visit the Buckhead CID website for more information after the New Year.
